 "Technical Cooperation Missions in the Americas"

Are you interested in learning more about forms of cooperation with other institutions of your country and of other countries in the hemisphere? Would you like to know about technical assistance experiences carried out  in the field of education for democratic citizenship?

The Inter-American Program has created a blog that showcases the 10 horizontal cooperation projects that were selected in the final round of the Horizontal Cooperation Fund for Technical Assistance Missions in the field of Education for democratic citizenship". Through this fund, technical assistance activities were developed involving 31 institutions in the 12 countries were performed.

This initiative has aimed since 2009 to promote dialogue and intersectoral cooperation in the Americas through the provision of financial and technical support to different types of institutions who wish to share experiences, replicate best practices and strengthen their partnerships.

Registration is open for the Online Course “Evaluation of Policies and Programs in Education for Democratic Citizenship”

Are you interested in expanding your knowledge about evaluation of education policies? Do you participate in the development of policies, programs or initiatives on education for democratic citizenship in which their monitoring and evaluation processes could be strengthened?

The second edition of the course “Evaluation of Policies and Programs in Education for Democratic Citizenship” is a unique professional development opportunity for experts in evaluation of education policies or in citizenship education to deepen their knowledge on these topics, develop new skills and exchange ideas and experiences with other participants from the hemisphere.

The course will be offered through the Educational Portal of the Americas. We provide full and partial scholarships.
